摘　　要：就遗弃犯罪来说,在新的社会环境中,其行为的性质发生了较大变化,然而,面对这些变化,现行遗弃罪之立法规定的规制力显得捉襟见肘。故此,笔者将重点分析我国遗弃罪在立法方面所存在的缺陷与不足,并在此基础之上对其提出完善意见。With deepening of reform and opening up, the development of our social economy has improved significantly ; meanwhile, many newborn social problems also emerge in endlessly. When it comes to Crime of Abandonment, in the new social envi- ronment, its nature of behavior also has great change; however, facing to these changes, the ability of regulating of current legislative stipulation is very limited. So, author will analyze the defects on the respect of Crime of Abandonment＇ s legislation, and purpose perfect suggestion.
