中药联合针灸治疗老年人功能性消化不良120例

摘　　要：目的观察中药辨证施治联合针灸治疗老年功能性消化不良患者的疗效。方法将220例老年功能性消化不良患者随机分为两组。120例治疗组用中药辨证施治联合针灸治疗,100例对照组用西药多潘立酮治疗,观察临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率91.7%,对照组总有效率73.0%,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论通过中药辨证施治联合针灸治疗老年功能性消化不良患者效果优于单纯西医治疗。Objective To observe the clinical effect of herbs combined with acupuncture on functional dyspepsia in elderly people.Methods 220 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups.100 cases in the control group were treated by domperidone and 120 cases in the treatment group by Chinese herbs by differentiation combined with acupuncture.Results The total effect of treatment group was 91.7 % and control group 73.0 %,there was significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusions The effect of Chinese herbs by differentiation combined with acupuncture is superior to pure western medicine treatment.
