摘　　要：目的评价胶体金法检测沙门氏菌应用价值。方法用胶体金法和国标方法分别对不同菌株及抽检样品进行检测,分析其灵敏度和特异性并比较差异。结果沙门氏菌胶体金法检测标准菌的灵敏度可以达到106cfu/mL,与常见的食源性致病菌均无交叉反应,与GB4789.4-2010标准方法比较无显著性差异。结论沙门氏菌胶体胶体金试纸条产品使用便捷、准确,适用于大量样品的快速筛选。Objective To evaluate the colloidal gold method to detect salmonella application value.Methods Use colloidal gold law and GB to test different strains and random samples,analyze the sensitivity and specificity and compare the differences.Results The sensitivity of salmonella colloidal gold standard method can achieve 10^6 cfu/mL.And the colloidal gold method has no cross reaction with common food-borne pathogenic bacteria.No significant differences are found between the results of the colloidal gold method and the GB 4789.4-2010 standard method.Conclusion Salmonella colloidal gold particles dipsticks products is the convenient and accurate,and can be applied to a large sample screening.
