摘　　要：目的分析朝觐人群的医学咨询和预防接种的重点,以减少在朝觐期间患各种传染病的可能。方法通过分析朝觐人员可能遇到的各种可能出现的疫情或应急事件,总结朝觐人群的保健咨询和预防接种的重点。结果注重朝觐人群的医学咨询和预防接种工作,能最大限度地减少传染病和各种突发事件对朝觐人群的影响,从而保障朝觐人群的身心健康。结论朝觐是一项政治性、政策性强的跨国群众性涉外宗教活动,其规模大,人数多,做好朝觐人群的医学咨询和预防接种工作十分重要,同时也能防止一些输入性传染病的发生,对于国家的稳定和经济发展十分重要。Objective To analysis the focus of medical consultation and vaccination among Hajj group,and to reduce the risk of infectious diseases during pilgrimage.Methods By analyzing a variety of possible event or occurrence or result that the pilgrims may encounter,meanwhile,the emphases on the healthcare consultation and preventive vaccination of pilgrims crowd were concluded.Results By paying attention to the healthcare consultation and preventive vaccination,we can minimize influences of infectious diseases and a variety of emergencies among pilgrimage group and ensure the pilgrimage group＇s health both psychologically and physically.Conclusion Hajj is a political,policy-oriented foreign transnational mass religious activity.It is critical to emergency response to do well in health care consultation and preventive vaccination of pilgrims group.Also,some types of transmitted diseases from foreign regions can be prevented,which is significant to the country＇s stability and the economic development.
