摘　　要：目的:分析我院麻醉药品临床应用情况及趋势,为麻醉药品的科学管理和合理应用提供参考。方法:对我院2006—2010年麻醉药品的销售金额(元)、用药频度(DDDs)进行统计、排序和分析。结果:除2006年外,我院麻醉药品的销售金额和DDDs呈逐年增长。口服剂、注射剂和外用剂的销售金额分别各占31.41%(450 942.2/1 435 707.4)、17.67%(253 665.1/1 435 707.4)和50.92%(731 099.9/1 435 707.4)。芬太尼注射液在手术中应用极为广泛,芬太尼透皮贴剂在临床上也得到广泛使用;盐酸哌替啶因其显著的神经毒副作用和较弱的镇痛效果,使用量逐年下降。结论:我院麻醉药品使用比较合理,但在用作肿瘤患者的镇痛治疗中尚须进一步改进。OBJECTIVE： To analyze the status quo and tendency of the use of narcotic drugs in our hospital to provide reference for management and rational use of narcotic drugs.METHODS： The utilization data of narcotic drugs in our hospital during 2006-2010 were analyzed statistically and ranked in terms of consumption sum（Yuan） and DDDs.RESULTS： Both the consumption sum and DDDs of narcotic drugs increased year by year from 2007 to 2010（but not in 2006）.Oral prescriptions,injections and prescriptions for external use accounted for 31.41%（450 942.2/1 435 707.4）,17.67%（253 665.1/1 435 707.4） and 50.92%（731 099.9/1 435 707.4）,respectively in terms of consumption sum.The use of Fentany injection is extremely widespread during operation,and Fentanyl Transdermal System also gained widespread use clinically.However,the consumption amount of Pethidine Hydrochloride decreased year by year for its conspicuous neurotoxicity and poor analgesic effect.CONCLUSION： The use of narcotic drugs in our hospital was basically rational,but its use as pain-relief agent for cancer patients remains to be further improved.
