摘　　要：目的:通过对不合格处方的分析,提出防治对策,促进处方规范化和合理用药。方法:依照《处方管理办法》随机抽取2010年7月—2011年6月共15 600张门急诊处方,分类统计不合格处方并加以分析。结果:本组15 600张处方,合格14 742张(合格率为94.5%);不合格858张(不合格率为5.5%),其中书写不规范处方513张,占不合格处方的59.79%,不合理用药处方390张,占不合格处方的45.45%。结论:医院有待进一步提高处方合格率,不断强化和实行对策,使患者用药更规范、安全、有效。OBJECTIVE：To analyze the unqualified prescriptions and put forward countermeasures so as to facilitate standardization of prescriptions and rational use of drugs.METHODS： In accordance with ＂Prescription Management Method＂,a total of 15 600 prescriptions in outpatient emergency department were randomly selected from our Hospital from July 2010 to June 2011 for statistical analysis of the unqualified prescriptions.RESULTS： In the 15 600 prescriptions,14 742（94.5%） were qualified,and 858（5.5%） were unqualified in which 513（59.79%） were nonstandard in prescription writing and 390（45.45%） were irrational in drug use.CONCLUSION： The percentage of qualified prescriptions in our hospital remains to be improved further.It is urgent to strengthen and carry out countermeasures to facilitate patients＇ safe and effective medication and ensure the legal beneficial rights of both doctors and patients.
