摘  要:目的:观察高渗氯化钠注射液、苯酚以及高渗氯化钠注射液苯酚混合溶液对离体肝脏射频消融(RFA)灶的影响。方法:取新鲜猪肝24块行射频消融,以随机抽样法分为4组,每组6块猪肝,RFA组单纯射频治疗;RFA+高渗氯化钠注射液组注入10%高渗氯化钠注射液10 mL加射频治疗;RFA+苯酚组注入5%苯酚10 mL加射频治疗;RF+高渗氯化钠注射液+苯酚组注入10%高渗氯化钠注射液5 mL+5%苯酚5 mL后进行射频消融,观察消融灶大小。结果:RFA+高渗氯化钠注射液组、RFA+苯酚组、RFA+高渗氯化钠注射液+苯酚组较RFA组能产生更大的凝固坏死区(P<0.01),其中RFA+高渗氯化钠注射液+苯酚组凝固坏死区最大切面最大,与其他各组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:RFA联合高渗氯化钠注射液苯酚混合溶液注射比单纯RFA能获得更大的凝固坏死区范围,其对肝脏RFA增效作用大于单用苯酚、高渗氯化钠注射液。OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effects of hypertonic saline(HS) and phenol(CA) alone or in combination on radiofrequency ablation(RFA) focuses of ex vivo liver.METHODS: Twenty-four pieces of fresh pork liver tissues were randomly assigned to 4 groups,of 6 each: group RFA(RFA alone),group RFA+HS(RFA plus 10% NaCl injection of 10 mL),group RFA+CA(RFA plus 5% phenol solution of 10 mL) and group RFA+HS+CA(RFA following injection of 10% NaCl injection of 5 mL and 5% phenol solution of 5 mL).The size of ablation focuses was recorded.RESULTS: The coagulation necrosis area in group RFA+HS,group RFA+CA and group RFA+HS+CA was significantly larger than in group RFA(P0.01).The maximal cross section area of coagulation necrosis area in group RFA+HS+CA was significantly larger than in other groups(P0.01).CONCLUSION: Combination of RFA with the mixed solution of hypertonic saline and phenol resulted in larger coagulation necrosis area of liver,and the synergistic effect of the two is superior to either phenol or hypertonic saline alone.
