益心舒胶囊联合化学药治疗气阴两虚型稳定型心绞痛230例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益心舒胶囊联合化学药治疗气阴两虚型稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将230例气阴两虚型稳定型心绞痛患者以随机数字表法分为2组,对照组92例,给予硝酸酯类药、β受体阻断剂、他汀类药等常规治疗;治疗组138例,在对照组常规用药的基础上加用益心舒胶囊,1次3粒,1日3次,4周为1个疗程。1个疗程结束后进行疗效评定。结果:治疗组与对照组对控制心绞痛症状及改善心电图(ECG)变化均有较好疗效,但组间比较无显著差异(P>0.05);症状控制方面,治疗组对心悸、自汗、气短、乏力等临床症状有明显的改善作用,与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05或P<0.01);血脂控制方面,在他汀类药的配合下,治疗组能明显升高高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、降低低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C),与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:益心舒胶囊联合硝酸酯类药、β受体阻断剂、他汀类药治疗稳定型心绞痛,可提高临床疗效,改善症状,增强调节血脂的功能。OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of Yixinshu capsule combined with western medicine for stable angina pectoris of Qi-Yin deficiency type.METHODS： 230 patients with stable angina pectoris of Qi-Yin deficiency type were randomly divided into two groups： 92 in control group received conventional therapy and 138 in treatment group received conventional therapy plus Yixinshu capsule（3 granules/time t.i.d of each 4-week cycle）.The therapeutic efficacy was evaluated after one-cycle treatment.RESULTS： After 1-cycle treatment,both the treatment group and the control group showed improvement in the symptoms of angina and the electrocardiogram（ECG）,but no significant differences were noted between the two groups（P 0.05）.However,there was better improvement in palpitations,spontaneous sweating,shortness of breath,fatigue and other symptoms in the treatment group than in the control group（P0.05 or P0.01）.With regard to blood lipids,due to the coordinate efficacy of statins,the treatment group showed significantly increase in high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C） level,reduction in low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C） level,showing statistical significance as compared with the control group（P0.05 or P0.01）.CONCLUSION： Addition of Yixinshu capsule to such western medicines as nitrates,β-receptor blocker and statins for patients with angina pectoris of Qi-Yin Deficiency type resulted in better clinical efficacy,improved symptoms and strengthened blood-lipid regulating function.
