摘  要:目的:了解某三甲医院肺癌患者围术期预防性应用抗菌药物的情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:以随机数字表法抽取2011年7—12月胸外科出院病历189份,统计分析围术期预防性应用抗菌药物的情况,以评价其合理性。结果:189例患者中,3例为治疗性用药,因此仅对186例预防性用药进行分析。186例均预防性应用了抗菌药物,预防性抗菌药物使用率为100%,用药涉及6大类17个品种,头孢菌素类的品种最多,其次为青霉素类;单一用药占89.2%(166/186),二联用药占10.8%(20/186);给药疗程平均为(6.4±2.0)d。结论:肺癌患者围术期预防性应用抗菌药物较为合理,但在给药时间、疗程以及联合用药上与《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》有差距,有待改善。OBJECTIVE: To analyze the perioperative use of prophylactic antibiotics in patients with lung cancer in a three-A grade hospital so as to provide references for clinical rational use of antibiotics.METHODS: A total of 189 medical records of discharged patients undergoing thoracic surgery were randomly sampled from Jul.2011 to Dec.2011 for statistical analysis of the perioperative use of prophylactic antibiotics and evaluation of its rationality.RESULTS: Of the 189 cases,3 received drugs for treatment purpose and 186 for prophylactic purpose.Of the 186 cases,100% received prophylactic antibiotics.6 categories including 17 kinds of prophylactic antibiotics were used,with Cephalosporins topping the list in terms of number of categories,followed by Penicillins.89.2%(166/186) used one-kind antibiotics and 10.8%(20/186) used antibiotics in combination of two.The antibiotics were used for an average of 6.4±2.0 days.CONCLUSION: The perioperative use of prophylactic antibiotics for lung cancer patients was rational on the whole.However,there is a long way to go before the administration time,course of treatment and drug combination meeting the Guiding Principle of Clinical Use of Antibiotics.
