医务人员医德医风电子考评管理系统的设计与实现

摘　　要：目的建立科学、合理、操作简便的医德医风电子考评管理系统。方法以医院OA办公自动化综合系统为平台,全面采用模型组件+WEB技术、NET技术标准实现。结果医德考评网络管理系统具备较完善的数据录入、整理、计算、汇总、分析、储存、查询等功能,全面完成了医德考评的四级评价、统计分析、档案管理等工作。结论该系统实现了医德医风考评的规范化、标准化、电子化和网络化,节省人力物力,实施与操作简便,实现了医德考评的高质高效。Objective To establish the scientific,reasonable and easy operation of medical ethics electronic evaluation and management system. Methods By the hospital comprehensive system for OA automation platform,and comprehensively by using model WEB technology,components and NET technology standards implementation. Results The medical ethics and network management system has the perfect data entry,arrangement,calculation,summary and analysis,storage,inquires the functions,and complete the examination of the medical ethics comprehensive evaluation level 4,statistical analysis,file management. Conclusion The system of medical ethics and the examination of the normalization,standardization,electronic and network,save manpower and material resources to implement and simple operation,and realize the examination of the medical ethics high quality and highly efficient.Help for medical staff ethics for the whole management and supervision.
