摘　　要：在手术操作分类编码实践中体会到冠名手术操作名称编码难度最大。经典的冠名手术操作名称是以首先发明该手术操作方法的科学家为命名,有些科学家同时发明了几种手术方式,其手术名称相同,但不是同一手术,这就使编码者往往望其名而不能知其义。因此,正确的手术编码不但有赖于手术医师手术名称的正确书写,更需要编码员掌握编码原则及对手术名称内涵的了解。It is experienced and known that coding a giving-name surgery operation is much more complicated in the field of operation coding.The classical way of naming surgery is firstly by the scientist′s name who has invented it.Sometimes the scientist invented several surgery operations of his own,which has further confused coders by coding them together.Therefore,surgery coding is not only depends on the correct writing by physicians but also the comprehension of surgery names and encoding principle′s usage by coders.
