摘　　要：经济增长方式反映一个国家或地区的生产力发展水平。实现经济增长方式由粗放型向集约型转变是经济发展过程中质的飞跃。要实现陕西经济增长方式的转变,必须解决好资金筹措、科技成果转化、基础设施建设等问题。Economic growth model reflects the level of productive forces in a country or community,and the transformation from extensive to intensive management makes a great leap in the process of economic development .This paper believes that such a transformation in Shaanxi province can be achieved by fund raising,transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and fundamental establishment.
