把灵台建成“针灸之都”——对甘肃省灵台县文化旅游业发展的思考和建议

摘　　要：灵台文化旅游业下一步发展的若干战略选择:实施"以煤养文"战略,切实全面融入关天经济区,重新评价、规划灵台文化旅游资源。充实"皇甫谧文化园"的展示内容,应该从医哲学上充实皇甫谧在针灸方面的事迹和贡献,从"知识人格"的高度重新评价和展示皇甫谧文史成就及贡献,增设"数字皇甫谧文化园"。对于精心打造文化旅游品牌灵台文化旅游产业发展,应重视《诗经》名篇体验旅游线路,建议联合召开全球性的"中华医学养生高层论坛"并申请经费支持"皇甫谧针灸养生城"建设,应高薪招聘高水平针灸大夫,设置"皇甫镇"和卦台乡,建设"文王城"和"孝道"景点,用中华传统风水学进一步精化荆山风水意象,创造灵台风水园林品牌。The paper proposes that the development of tourism industry in Lingtai county of Gansu province should be initiated with the following aspects： taking the strategy of ＂developing culture by resorting to coal industry＂;reshaping the cultural tourism resources in Lingtai county;enriching ＂Huangpu Mi Cultural Garden＂,and so on.Most importantly,the cultural tourism items will have to be emphasized such as Huangpu Mi Cultural Garden.The author also proposes that the historical giant Huangpu Mi should be widely publicized and his contribution in acupuncture should be spread.By virtue of Huangpu Mi＇s fame,＂Digital Huangpu Mi Cultural Garden＂ and ＂Huangpu Mi Acupuncture and Health Club＂ are the best tourism projects to be constructed and a global ＂Forum of Chinese Medical Health Preserving＂ to be hosted,which will surely promote the local tourism industry to a thriving.
