医学科研项目管理的道德风险问题分析

摘　　要：随着改革的不断深化,部分科技人员职业道德严重滑坡,影响了科技的发展步伐。本文针对医学科研项目管理中存在的部分科研人员科研积极性低下、科研资源浪费等科研项目承担者的道德风险问题,针对性分析科研管理部门与项目承担人员之间存在信息不对称、契约不完备、目标不一致等原因,并相应地提出解决的方法,以此完善科研项目管理,为提高医学科研人员积极性和科技创新能力等提供解决思路和参考。With the development of economic reform, some scientists lose their occupational ethics, which influenced the step of development. It was to analysis the problem on the scientists such as lacking the enthusiasm for scientific research and wasting resources of scientific research. It responded with a solution to the problem of Information Asymmetry, incompleteness of the initial contract and the different goals between the department of scientific management and scientists to perfect the scientific research project management. It offered the method and reference on raising the enthusiasm and the innovative capabilities of scientists.
