摘　　要：在高等教育场域中,少数民族高等教育公平问题的解决是解决整个教育公平问题的重要前提.而解决少数民族高等教育公平的问题,应当制定少数民族高等教育基本法.文章力图从罗尔斯的正义原则中寻找我国少数民族高等教育立法完善的理由,以期我国少数民族高等教育基本法的尽快制定.In the field of higher education, the justice problem of ethnic minority higher education solved is the important premise of that of the whole higher education done. To solve the justice problem of ethnic minority higher education ,It must be drawn up the Basic Law of ethnic minority higher education.The aim of the article is to look for the clause of the perfecting of ethnic minority higher education legislation in China from Rawls justice principles, giving an impetus to draw up more quickly the Basic Law of ethnic minority higher education in china.
