摘　　要：移动通信从2G发展到3G时代,3G网络的组建、优化和3G网络的维护重点成为当前热点问题,介绍了中国联合网络通信有限公司洛阳分公司组建WCDMA 3G网络,建立容灾系统的具体实施过程;分析网络日常维护中经常出现问题的地方,及时发现、处理网络中任何影响用户使用的各类故障点和隐患点,从基础台账、日常维护、节点隐患的专项整治等多方面入手,进行了一系列的优化和总结,很大程度的提升地市WCDMA网运行质量。With development of mobile communication technology from 2G to 3G era, the construction, optimization and maintenance of 3G network becomes the at-present hot issue. This paper describes the process of building up WCDMA 3G network and implementing disaster recovery system by luoyang Branch of China United Network Communications Limited. Various problems appearing in daily network maintenance are analyzed, and how to timely discover and deal with the failures and hidden dangers that could render influences on the users also discussed. The authors, from basic ledgers, daily maintenance, rode＇ s hidden danger, propose and summarize a series of optimization measures, and these could great enhance WCDMA network operation quality of luoyang city.
