海草房特色民居保护规划模式探讨——以山东威海楮岛村为例

摘　　要：以山东威海楮岛村为研究对象,分析现有海草房的存在状态;根据村民民意调查海草房文化价值与保护意向,提出保护规划的模式;认为再开发—更新—再利用—复兴的循环更新过程是特色民居保护规划的合理过程;基于生态与旅游视角下的动态保护与规划优化是海草房民居发展的可持续之路。According to the analysis of existing state of seaweed house in Chudao Village of Shandong Weihai, and the villager poll about cultural value of seaweed house and conservation intention, this paper thinks that ＂redevelopment-renewal-reuse-rebirth＂ is a reasonable renewal process for the flavor folk house conservation planning. The distribution pattern of planning, which looks like concentric circles, is divided into three levels： core conservation area, flavor conservation area, and harmonic development area. The dynamic conservation and optimized integrated planning based on ecology and tourism will be a sustainable road to development of seaweed folk house.
