100种中草药对溶藻弧菌的体外抑菌实验

摘　　要：为筛选有效控制水产养殖动物弧菌病的中草药,本研究采用琼脂扩散法测定100种常见中草药提取液对溶藻弧菌的抑制作用。采用t检验对其中24种有明显抑菌效果的药液pH值调至中性前后的抑菌效果进行分析比较,结果表明它们的抑菌效果下降极显著(p<0.01)。采用双倍试管稀释法测定7种中草药在pH值调至中性后的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果表明,在药液pH值调至中性后,五倍子、公丁香和石榴皮能够有效抑杀溶藻弧菌。五倍子的MIC和MBC值均为7.813 mg/mL;石榴皮的MIC和MBC值均为15.625 mg/mL;公丁香的MIC和MBC值均为125 mg/mL;黄连、黄精和大黄的MIC和MBC值均为500 mg/mL;五味子的MIC和MBC均为1 000 mg/mL。The inhibitory effects of 100 Chinese herbal medicines on Vibrio alginolyticus were tested with disc diffusion method and 24 herbs showed the antibacteria effects. However, the antibacterial effect dropped down very significantly （p〈0.01） when the extract solution pH values of the herbs were regulated to about 7.0 from acid primary medicine solutions. The tube dilution method was used to measure the minimal inhibitory concentration （MIC） and minimal bactericidal concentration （MBC） of seven Chinese herbal medicines which were able to inhibit the growth of V. alginolyticus. The results showed that Rhus chinensis, Flos caryophylli and Punica granatum had inhibitory and bactericidal effects against V. alginolyticus when the extract solution pH values were regulated to approximate 7.0, and the MIC and MBC were 7.813 mg/mL for R. chinensis, 15.625 mg/mL for P. granatum, 125 mg/mL for F. caryophylli, 500 mg/mL for Coptis chinensis, Polygonatum sibiricum and Rheum officinale, and 1 000 mg/mL for Schisandra chinensis, respectively.
