2007～2009年度《中国中医骨伤科杂志》骨伤方剂分析

摘　　要：目的:研究2007-2009年3年来《中国中医骨伤科杂志》骨伤方剂与用药特点。方法:检索2007-2009年刊登在《中国中医骨伤杂志》上的文章,对骨伤疾病治疗方剂或中药进行分类统计分析,从而鉴别出其种类、使用频率及治法变化。结果:共有48篇文章、34首方剂和125味中药纳入研究,治疗疾病主要为骨性关节炎、颈椎病、损伤后期及术后、骨质疏松症、腰椎间盘突出症和骨折等六类疾病。骨性关节炎文献方剂占31.25%,颈椎病占20.83%,其余依次减少;使用频率最大的药物是茯苓和黄芪,其次才是牛膝和当归;活血化瘀治则运用频率为33次,消肿止痛为32次,祛风除湿26次,活血止痛21次,补益肝肾17次。结论:近年来中药方剂的应用研究多集中在骨性关节炎的治疗上;对骨科疾病的治疗法则还是活血化瘀占首位,祛湿补气药物的运用高于以往活血补肾的药物。Objective：To study the orthopaedics and traumatology prescription and medical characteristics published in Chi- nese Journal of Traditional Medical Traumatology and Orthopedics during 2007-2009. Methods： Articles about bone disease treatmental prescriptions or Chinese medicine published in Chinese Journal of Traditional Medical Traumatology and Ortho- pedics during 2007--2009 were retrieved; the types, frequency and changes of treatment were studied. Results：48 articles, 34 prescriptions and 125 herbs were collected in the study, treatment of disease were mainly included osteoarthritis, cervi- cal spondylosis, injury late surgery, osteoporosis, lumbar disc herniation and fracture. Prescriptions in literature accounted for 31.25 % in osteoarthritis, Prescriptions in literature accounted for 20.83 % in cervical spondylosis, others were gradual- ly reduced. Poria and Astragalus were the drugs used mostly, followed were Achyranthes and angelica; the frequency of use is 33 times for blood circulation, 32 times for pain and swollen, 26 times for Qufengchushi, 21 times for Huoxuezhi- tong, 17 times for liver and kidney. Conclusions： In recent years, Chinese herbal formula applied research mostly concen- trated on the treatment of osteoarthritis; the blood circulations were the dominated treatmental rules in the orthopedic dis- orders, the qishibuqi drugs were used more than the huoxuebushen drugs in the past.
