十味活血丸治疗急性软组织损伤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察十味活血丸治疗急性软组织损伤气滞血瘀证的临床疗效。方法:将2008年7月-2008年10月收治急性软组织损伤43例病人随机分为2组。治疗组服用十味活血丸,对照组服用复方三七胶囊,疗程均为10d。在治疗前后观察疼痛、肿胀、瘀斑、压痛、功能障碍的积分变化情况。结果:治疗组痊愈率为72.3%,显效率为16.4%;对照组痊愈率为60.7%、显效率为19.6%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组和对照组在疼痛、瘀斑、压痛、功能障碍、口干、失眠方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在肿胀、便秘方面治疗组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:十味活血丸治疗急性软组织损伤安全、有效,具有明显的活血、散瘀、止痛作用。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of the Shiwei huoxue pills in treating acute soft tissue injury （syndrome of qi station and blood stasis）. Methods：432 patients with acute soft tissue injury were randomly divided into two groups from July 2008 to October 2008. Shiweihuoxue pills were taken by the patients in the treatment group： compound radix no- toginseng capsule were taken by the patients in the control group for 10 days （a course of treatment）. Pain, swelling, brui- sing, tenderness and the score of dysfunction were observed before and after treatment： liver and kidney function, blood, urine, stool test were tested in order to evaluate the safety of the drug. Results：The cure rate was respectively 72.3 %, 60. 7%in the two group：the effective rate was 16.4%, 19.6% in the two groups, there were significant differences （P〈0. 05） between the two groups. There were significant differences （P〈0.05） in pain, ecchymosis, tenderness, dysfunction, dry mouth, insomnia between the two groups （P〈0.05）; there were no significant differences in swelling, constipation between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusions：It is safe and effective for Shiweihuoxue pills to treat acute soft tissue in- jury, and it can promote blood circulation, remove blood stasis and has analgesic effects.
