撬拨复位经皮穿针加小切口植骨治疗跟骨骨折的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:评价撬拨复位经皮穿针加小切口植骨术治疗跟骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:对采用经皮穿针撬拨复位加小切口植骨术治疗的54例跟骨骨折患者的临床资料进行分析,测量比较术前、术后Bhler角和Gissane角,并根据按Iowa跟骨骨折功能评分标准和Maryland足功能评分标准进行评定。结果:54例患者全部获得随访,随访7～18个月,平均13个月,Bhler角全部恢复正常,评定结果为优50例,良3例,可1例,差0例,优良率98.1%。经过治疗其中53例恢复良好,1例进行正常的日常生活无不适,长时间站立行走后仍觉患处隐痛,优良率达98.1%。结论:撬拨复位经皮穿针加小切口植骨术治疗跟骨骨折是一种创伤小、固定可靠、较好的手术方法,且具有并发症少、费用少等优点,其疗效确切,是治疗跟骨骨折的有效方法。Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of fracture of calcaneus reducted by leverage and hone implanted via a small incision. Methods：The preoperative BOhler/Gissane angle, postoperative BOhler/Gissane angle were measured and analyzed; the scores were evaluated according to the Iowa functional score standards for calcaneal fractures arid Maryland sufficient functional score standard. Results：The average duration of follow--up was 13 months （range, 7 to 18 months） for all patients. The BOhler angles were all returned to normal. According to the Iowa functional score standards for calca- neal fractures and Maryland sufficient functional score standard, 50 cases were excellent, 3 cases were good, one case was fair and no case was poor, and the satisfactory rate was 98.1 % Conclusion：Fracture of calcaneus reducted by leverage and bone implanted via a small incision had small trauma, fixed reliable, had fewer complications and less spending, and it is ef- fective and worthy of popularization.
