摘 要:目的:探讨健康教育路径对贫困家庭心脏病患儿治疗依从性的影响,提高护理服务质量。方法:将患儿随机分为路径组与对照组,对照组采用传统健康教育方法,路径组则运用临床路径对患儿实施健康教育。结果:路径组患儿的疾病知识知晓率较对照组明显提高(P<0.05),对服药、卫生习惯、功能锻炼方面的依从性明显优于对照组(P<0.05);住院天数与术后肺不张发生率降低,患儿家属对护理工作满意度提高(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育路径对提高贫困家庭心脏病患儿治疗依从性有积极意义。Objective:To explore the effects of health education pathway(HEP) on the treatment adherence of young patients with heart disease.Methods: Form poverty families using double-blind method,patients were randomly divided into HEP group and control group.Clinical HEP was carried out in HEP group while traditional health education performed in control group.Results: HEP group showed better awareness of health knowledge(P0.05),improved treatment adherence such as taking medicine,health habits and functional exercises.The average stay days were shortened(P0.05)and the atelectasis incidence decreased.Patients were satistied with nursing job and the quality of nursing jobs all improved(P0.05).Conclusion Health education pathway railsed treatment adherence of young patients with heart diseases form poverty families.
