摘　　要：目的:探讨心理干预在纤维支气管镜(简称纤支镜)检查患者中的应用效果。方法:对我院行纤支镜检查患者320例在术前、术中、术后实施相应的心理干预。结果:所有行纤支镜检查患者均能较好配合,紧张、焦虑、恐惧心理得到减轻或消除。结论:适时的心理干预能提高纤支镜检查患者的依从性,增加患者安全感,提高检查成功率。Objective：Explore,psychological intervention in fiber bronchoscopy（hereinafter referred to as fine a mirror） check the application effect of patients.Methods：Do fine a colonoscopy in 320 patients with before,during,and after the implementation of the corresponding psychological intervention.Results：All that do fine a colonoscopy patients were good coordination,all kinds of stress,anxiety,fear psychological get reduce or eliminate.Conclusion：Timely interventions can improve fine a colonoscopy patient compliance,patients with increase of security,improve the success rate of inspection.
