江苏沿海开发与沿海地区经济社会发展的思考

摘　　要：把江苏沿海建立成以海港为引擎,以新型工业化的产业园区或产业带为核心的经济、社会齐发展的新兴现代化区域,是江苏沿海新一轮大开发的重中之重。在分析江苏港口与临港产业发展现状的基础上,提出了着力发展园区经济,打造沿海特色产业带;发展县域经济,推进城镇化进程等对策建议。In the new-round of development in Jiangsu Province, the priority goes to the strategy of build- ing the coastal areas of Jiangsu into a new modernized area where harbors are the dynamos, new high-tech parks or industries are the pillars, and economy coordinates with social development. Based on an analysis to the status quo of the development of industries in harbors of Jiangsu, this paper suggests that we should stress on high-tech-park economy, form coastal brand industries, develop county-based economy and pro- mote the urbanization of cities.
