某院外科2种Ⅰ类切口手术预防使用抗菌药物的调查分析

摘　　要：目的通过调查本院甲状腺切除术和腹股沟疝修补术围术期预防使用抗菌药物的合理性,考查开展抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动后的成效。方法选取本院2011年8月～11月本院甲状腺切除术和腹股沟疝修补术手术的出院病历160例,调查预防用抗菌药物的合理性。结果开展抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动后,抗菌药物使用率明显下降,由活动前的100%下降为活动后的32.7%,但仍存在药物选择不合理,无指征用药、用药疗程过长等现象。结论开展抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动后,提高了抗菌药物临床合理应用水平,规范了抗菌药物临床应用,有效遏制了细菌耐药,但仍需不断完善抗菌药物临床应用管理有效措施和长效工作机制。Objective To examine the effect of special rectification activity about antibiotics＇ clinical application after it was carried out,through investigating the rationality of perioperative prophylactic antibiotics of the thyroidectomy and inguinal hernia repair in the hospital.Methods A total of 160 hospital medical records of the thyroidectomy or inguinal hernia repair in the hospital during August and November 2011 were selected,and the rationality of prophylactic antibiotics was investigated.Results After special rectification activity about antibiotics＇ clinical application was carried out,the clinical use of antibiotics had decreased from 100% to 32.7%.But there were still some irrational phenomenon,such as unreasonable choice of antibiotics,no indication use,drug treatment too long and so on.Conclusion After the activity was carried out,the rational use of antimicrobial drugs in the clinical treatment has improved,the clinical use of antibiotics has standardized,and drug-resistant bacteria have held back effectively.But the effective measures and long-term working mechanism of antibiotics＇ management need to be improved constantly.
