摘　　要：耐多药肺结核与非耐多药肺结核相比,具有传染期长,诊断、治疗、管理技术复杂,治疗费用高等特点,越来越受到国际社会的广泛关注。依托科技部重大专项的实施,对中国五城市耐多药肺结核的筹资机制进行研究分析,为各地探索开展耐多药肺结核治疗的筹资机制提供理论依据。Compared with non-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis, multi-drug resistant tuberculosis has special features. It has a longer infectious period,a slower sputum conversion time, a higher treatment cost and much more adverse reactions. Also much more technical complexity for the diagnosis, treatment and management increased the difficulty for the cure. Thus multi-drug resistant tuberculosis has great harm to society. Therefore it now attracts more and more widespread con- cerns by the international community in the world. Based on the implementation of the Ministry of Science and Technology of major projects in the recent years, this study mainly focused on the multi-drug resistant tuberculosis financing mechanism of five cities in China. The value of the study is providing a theoretical basis for exploring funding mechanisms to carry out
