坦索罗辛及前列通片联合非那雄胺治疗老年ⅢB型前列腺炎的临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察坦索罗辛及前列通片联合非那雄胺治疗老年ⅢB型慢性前列腺炎(CP)的临床疗效。[方法]将老年ⅢB型CP患者125例随机分为3组,治疗组44例应用坦索罗辛及前列通片联合非那雄胺,对照1组40例应用坦索罗辛联合非那雄胺,对照2组41例应用前列通片联合非那雄胺,比较3组治疗前和治疗4、8、12周后的CP症状评分(NIH-CPSI)、国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分(QLS)、疼痛症状评分(PS)、排尿症状评分(USS)以及前列腺液(EPS)中WBC计数、卵磷脂小体(SPL)等指标的情况。[结果 ]总有效率治疗组90.91%;对照1组75.00%;对照2组70.73%。治疗组在改善患者NIH-CPSI、IPSS、QLS、USS、PS及EPS指标等方面与对照1组、对照2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照1组与对照2组间各项指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]坦索罗辛及前列通片联合非那雄胺治疗老年ⅢB型CP疗效良好。[Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of tamsulosin and qianlietong tablets combined with finasteride on the elderly patients with ⅢB chronic prostatitis（CP）.[Methods] 125 cases of the elderly patients with ⅢB prostatitis were randomly divided into 3 groups.44 cases of the treatment group was treated with tamsulosin and qianlietong tablets combined with finasteride,40 cases of control group1 was treated with tamsulosin combined with finasteride,41 cases of control group2 was treated with qianlietong tablets combined with finasteride.Changes of NIH-CPSI score,IPSS score,QLS score,PS score,USS score,EPS WBC count,SPL and other indicators of the situation were compared among the three groups pre-treatment and after the treatment of 4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks.The results were statistically analyzed.[Results] In the treatment group,11 cases clinically cured,17 cases clinically significantly effective,12 cases effective,4 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 90.91%.In the control group1,6 cases clinically cured,8 cases clinically significantly effective,16 cases effective,10 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 75%.In the control group2,5 cases clinically cured,9 cases clinically significantly effective,15 cases effective.12 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 70.73%.Compared with the control group1 and the control group2,the improvement of the treatment group in NIH-CPSI,IPSS,QLS,USS,PS was significantly different.There were no significant differences in the indicators between the control group1 and the control group2.[Conclusion] It demonstrates a significant effect of tamsulosin and qianlietong tablets combined with finasteride therapy for the elderly patients with type ⅢB prostatitis.
