射干麻黄汤治疗肺癌根治术后慢性咳嗽的临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察射干麻黄汤对肺癌根治术后慢性咳嗽的疗效。[方法]将63例患者随机分为2组,治疗组(32例)在西医常规化痰、止咳的同时给予射干麻黄汤。对照组(31例)常规化痰、止咳治疗,比较2组对慢性咳嗽的疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率为90.63%,对照组总有效率为64.52%,2组比较差异有统计学意义。[结论]射干麻黄汤治疗肺癌根治术后慢性咳嗽有明显疗效。[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Shegan Mahuang Tang on chronic cough after radical lung cancer surgery.[Methods] 63 patients were randomized into two groups,the treatment group（32 patients） received routine treatment of reducing sputum and relieving cough combined with Shegan Mah-uang Tang,the control group（31 patients） only received routine treatment,the curative effects on chronic cough were compared between the two groups.[Results] The total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.63% and 64.52% in the control group.There was significant statistical difference between the two groups.[Conclusions] Shegan Mahuang Tang was significantly effective in treating chronic cough after radical lung cancer surgery.
