辅助患肢治疗对下肢深静脉血栓疗效的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨辅助患肢治疗对下肢深静脉血栓疗效的影响。[方法]将我院2007年7月至2009年8月88例植入腔静脉滤器的下肢深静脉血栓患者随机分成实验组46例和对照组42例,对照组只进行常规抗凝、溶栓药物治疗。实验组在对照组治疗基础上,患肢配合保温式50%硫酸镁溶液热湿敷及间歇充气装置辅助治疗;比较两组治疗效果。[结果]实验组治愈率为78.26%,好转率为21.74%;对照组治愈率为52.38%,好转率为35.71%,无效率为11.09%。与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]对患肢配合保温式50%硫酸镁溶液热湿敷及间歇充气装置辅助治疗对下肢深静脉血栓具有更好的治疗效果。[Objective] To discuss the effect of assisting wounded limb on deep venous thrombosis.[Method] Randomly divide 88 cases into experimental group 46 cases and control group 42;the control one takes anti-freezing and thrombolytic drugs;the other one administered with thermal insulation 50% grisounite solution for hot and damp application,and intermittent air device for assistant therapy,on the basis of control group;compare their effects.[Result] In experimental group,cure rate was 78.26%,improvement rate 21.74%;for control one,they were respective 52.38% and 35.71%,its inefficiency was 11.09%.The comparison had difference of statistical meaning.[Conclusion] To the wounded lower limbs,the said method above has better curative effect on deep venous thrombosis.
