痰热清注射液减少肺癌根治术后肺部感染的临床研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察痰热清注射液对肺癌根治术后肺部感染、抗生素使用时间的影响。[方法]将2009年1月至2009年12月间在我院行肺癌根治术的54例患者随机分为2组,对照组22例术后常规使用抗生素预防肺部感染,治疗组32例在对照组基础上加用痰热清20mL/d,比较两组肺部感染的发生率及抗生素使用天数。[结果]两组均无患者退出,无治疗相关并发症,和对照组相比,治疗组术后肺部感染的发生率9.37%,抗生素使用(4.0±1.1)d,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]痰热清注射液配合抗生素用于肺癌根治术后治疗,可显著降低肺部感染的发生率,减少抗生素使用天数。[Objective] To observe the effect of Tanreqing Injection on lung infection and usage of antibiotics after lung cancer radical mastectomy.[Method] Randomly divide 54 cases into 2 groups;control one 22 cases used routine antibiotics to prevent lung infection;treatment one 32 cases were added with Tanreqing injection.Compare their lung infection incidence and days of using antibiotics.[Result] Both had no failed cases,no complications concerning treatment;the lung infection incidence was 9.37% for treatment group,with（4.0±1.1）d for using antibiotics,and having marked difference compared to control one.[Conclusion] Tanreqing Injection combined with antibiotics can be used for lung cancer radical mastectomy,can reduce incidence of lung infection obviously,using days of antibiotics as well.
