摘　　要：目的:探讨逆行交锁髓内钉联合单侧骨皮质钢板固定治疗股骨髁上骨不连的临床疗效。方法:对25例股骨髁上骨不连,均采用逆行交锁髓内钉联合单侧骨皮质钢板固定加自体髂骨植骨治疗。结果:25例获12～24个月随访,平均12个月。4～8个月内均获骨性愈合。结论:应用逆行交锁髓内钉联合单侧骨皮质钢板固定后骨折端可获得坚强内固定,手术操作简便、安全,可早期进行膝关节和股四头肌功能锻炼,是一种治疗股骨髁上骨不连的有效方法。Objective： To investigate effect of treatment of the femur supracondylar nonunion with lateral locking compression plate and retrograde interlocking intramedullary nails.Methods： All the 25 cases of femur supracondylar nonunion were treated with lateral locking compression plate and retrograde interlocking intramedullary nails combined with auto iliac bone graft.Results： All the 25 cases were followed up and the average following up period was 12 months（range 12-24 months）.All the cases had bony healing without severe complications,in 4-8 months.Conclusion： Strong internal fixation and compression can be achieved through lateral locking compression plate and retrograde interlocking intramedullary nail.The operation is simple and safe and the early knee joint motion and quadriceps femoral muscle functional exercises were allowed.It is effective method to treat the femur supracondylar nonunion.
