摘　　要：疼痛是一种不愉快的感觉,伴随着现有的或潜在的组织损伤。个体对疼痛的反应不仅是对实际或潜在组织损伤的反应,同时也受到社会因素的影响。大量研究都支持了社会支持对疼痛有着重要的影响。本文主要综述了疼痛与社会支持研究的理论模型,在临床疼痛和实验室疼痛条件下社会支持与疼痛的相关研究,最后对今后的研究方向做了展望。Pain is an unpleasant feeling,accompanied by the existing or potential injuries.Persons＇ response to pain is not only decided by the existing or potential injuries but also by the social effectors.A lot of experiments have proved that social support plays an important role in pain.The article has an overview about the theoretical models and the related researches in Clinical pain and experiment induced pain as well as an prospect on future researchs.
