摘　　要：目的探讨康惠尔透明贴治疗静脉炎的疗效。方法将66例静脉炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各33例,对照组使用超短波理疗,观察组使用康惠尔透明贴,2组患者从治愈时间、治疗费用和满意度方面比较治疗效果。结果观察组患者在10d之内治愈率、患者满意度均高于对照组,观察组患者平均医疗费用也低于对照组。经统计学分析,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康惠尔透明贴治疗静脉炎不仅可以缩短治愈时间,同时还能减轻患者的医疗费用,而且患者满意度高,值得临床推广应用。ObjectiveTo explore the effect of comfeel transparent strapping on phlebitis.Methods66 patients were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,each group had 33 patients.The patients in control group were given physiotherapy via ultrashort wave,while patients in intervention group were given comfeel transparent strapping.The healing time,cost of treatment and satisfaction were compared with the two groups.ResultsThe healing time,cost of treatment and satisfaction in intervention group were higher than those in control group（P0.05）.ConclusionUsing comfeel transparent strapping to treat phlebitis not only could shorten the time of healing,but also could reduce patients＇ cost of treatment,and the satisfaction of patients could increase,which should be widly used in clinical nursing.
