摘 要:为了解某在役钢筋混凝土简支空心板桥运营的安全性,并为该桥的后期运营或加固改造提供判定依据,对该桥梁进行常规结构检测及静载试验检测,评估其实际工作状态及现有承载能力。采用梁格法和Midas有限元软件,建立相应的分析模型,计算各片梁横向分布系数及变形。静载试验结果和理论计算值的对比表明,该桥跨中截面应变、挠度均在规范容许范围之内,其结构刚度具有一定的安全储备,并处于弹性工作阶段;Midas有限元计算结果与铰接板法分析结果比较吻合,具有较高的精度。同时该桥的检测方法可为既有简支空心板桥的检测、加固的计算及分析提供参考。In order to know the operational security of the bridge on service,and to provide basis for the post-operation or the reformation,this paper does routine structure detection and static load test to determine the static properties of the bridge and to assess its current carrying capacity and the state.Analytical model of the bridge is established in Midas/civil and is analyzed based on the grillage simulation.The theoretic value of the transverse distribution coefficient and deformation of each girder is calculated by this model.Comparing the measured data with the theoretic value,the results show that the concrete strain and deflection of mid-span section of the bridge meets the design requirements of the code,and its structural stiffness has certain safety margin,and it is also in the elastic phase on service.The calculation results of Midas/civil is consistent with that of the hinge-jointed plate method,which has higher accuracy.Meanwhile,this test method carried on this bridge can be a reference for the inspection and rehabilitation o other bridges of the same kind.
