摘　　要：东莞篮球中心主体育馆钢结构屋架为车辐式马鞍形空间结构,钢屋架28个带抗剪键箱形支座安装精度高,钢桁架单向斜拉杆张拉难度大,铸钢节点、锻造件节点、复杂三维弯扭制作及现场安装难度大。根据结构特点,重点介绍钢内环临时胎架支撑,地面散件拼装及高空定位总拼的吊装方法;主桁架+GZ2馆外600t履带式起重机一次安装到位;斜拉杆从内往外沿径向分级张拉。另外,指出采用砂漏同步分级思路,循环依次卸载方法。The main stadium of Dongguan Basketball Center has wheel saddle-shape spatial steel roof.The roof has 28 box supports with shear connector which has higher installation precision.In roof＇s installation,some installation technologies are difficult such as tensioning of inclined pull-rod of steel truss and prefabrication and on-site installation of some joints and complex bending-torsion members.Based on structure＇s characteristics,the authors mainly introduce installation scheme of inner steel ring supported by temporary jigs,members assembled one by one on ground,and total assembled in high-sky,installation method of the main truss and GZ2 column installed in place outside the stadium by 600t crawler crane and tensioning method of the inclined pull-rods by grade from inner to outer.The authors also introduce circle unloading method synchronous with sand-box.
