摘　　要：通过某7层住宅楼的加固纠偏工程实践,综合应用钢筋混凝土托换桩加固和掏土浸水纠偏方法来对倾斜的房屋进行纠偏。在纠偏过程中,对上部结构裂缝和地基沉降进行了观测,发现该住宅楼经处理后,倾斜量由最大的125mm减小到10mm,最终倾斜率为0.39%,符合国家规范要求。According to a 7-story residential building reinforcement correcting engineering,comprehensive application of reinforced concrete underpinning pile and dig soil soaking method of correcting is adopted.In the correction process,the superstructure cracks and foundation settlement are monitored.The monitoring result shows that the deviation amount is reduced from the maximum of 125mm to 10mm,the deviation ratio is about 0.39%,which satisfies the requirement of national code.
