摘  要:深刻剖析产业链价值创造路径对我国农业产业化经营能起到重要的指导和促进作用。本文在梳理产业链、价值链等理论的基础上,以中粮集团有限公司(COFCO)为案例研究对象,系统而又逻辑地展示了其"全产业链"战略的发展过程,重点分析了企业自身价值、公共价值创造同战略活动之间的紧密关系。结合案例和理论的综合论证,本文最终得到了中粮"全产业链"战略的价值创造路径的理论框架,即战略活动、集聚、企业管理控制能力与产业链价值创造之间的影响关系。强调了这一影响路径是动态反馈的过程,企业在构建产业链的过程中应基于自身核心竞争优势,动态调整其管理控制方式,促进战略活动更好地转化为集聚效应,从而保证整体价值创造的持续性。Profound analysis of the value creation path of the industry chain has important guiding and facilitating effects on the industrialized operation of agriculture. Based on the theories of industry chain and value chain, this paper conducts a case study of COFCO, and demonstrates the development process of its whole industry chain strategy in a systematic and logical way, with an analytical emphasis put on the relevance between the self-value and the public value of enterprises and their strategic activities. By combining the case study and literature review, the paper finally builds the theoretical framework of the value creation in COFCO's whole industry chain, i.e. the relationship between the value creation in industry chain and strategic activities, agglomeration, and the capability of management and control. It then points out that the relationship path is a process of dynamic feedback, so enterprises should take advantage of their core competitiveness, and dynamically adjust their modes of management and control in order to transform strategic activities into agglomeration, which can ensure the sustained creation of more value.
