多功能载玻片的研制

摘　　要：目的通过该项研究开发出一种具备多功能化，使用简便，生产成本低，能广泛推广使用的载玻片。方法使用不同材质，不同生产工艺制作三种多功能载玻片，在这三种载玻片上进行显微镜镜检试验，标表溢出试验，凝集反应试验，制作血液涂片及染色效果考核。结果玻璃材质及玻璃涂料材质载玻片具有良好的亲水性质，标本能均匀涂布，标本溢出试验符合要求，凝集反应结果清晰易辩，也适宜进行细胞的涂片染色检验。透明塑料材质多功能载玻片滴加尿标本时易聚集成滴，不能均匀涂布，凝集反应试验结果明显易观察，进行细胞涂片染色时效果欠佳。结论玻璃材质及玻璃涂料材质载玻片具有良好的多功能性能及生产开发前景，值得推广应用，透明塑料材质的疏水性不适合做载片使用，适宜于做凝集反应器皿。Objective To develop a kind of slide with multifunction, convenient use, lower cost, and widespread. Methods Three multifunction slide were made by different material and various produce technology, the microscopic examination, sample overflow check and agglutination reaction test were clone on the abore three slides, blood smear was made and the stain effect was observed with the three slide. Results The multifunction slide made by glass or glass - paint, to possess well hydrophilicity, the sample can be spread uniformity, sample overflow check with requirement, the agglutination reaction result obvious and easily to confirm, suitable to made blood smear and stain, the slide made by transparent plastic cannot be spread uniformity as urine sample, agglutination reaction result obvious and easily to confirm, the stain effect is not well. Conclusion the slide made by glass or glass - paint have the good multifunction and produce prospect, but the transparent plastic slide has hydrophobicity, it is unsuitable to be used as slide, but can be used agglutination reaction vessel.
