2型糖尿病肾病患者血浆D-二聚体和纤维蛋白原检测的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨检测血浆D-二聚体（DD）、纤维蛋白原（FIB）水平对2型糖尿痛肾病的临床应用价值。方法对已确诊的184例2型糖尿病患者，其中2型糖尿病肾病患者108例，2型糖尿病患者76例，另选65例健康体检者作为对照组，分别测定各组血浆DDFIB的水平。结果DD、FIB的检测水平在糖尿病各组与对照组之间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01、P〈0．05）。结论2型糖尿病肾病患者检测血浆DD和FIB水平有早期诊断意义。Objective To study the clinical application value of plasma D- dimer（DD） and fibrinogen（FIB） levels in diabetic nephropathy（DN）. Methods The levels of DD and FIB from 184 patients with type 2 diabetes meUitus（DM） were detected.These patients were classified into DN group（n = 108） and DM group（n = 76）. Other 65 healthy persons were employed as control. Results There was significant difference of DD and fibrinogen levels in all groups as compared with control group（P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The simultaneous determination of DD and FIB is significant in the early diagnosis of the DN.
