摘　　要：对比了GB／T7124—2008胶黏剂拉伸剪切强度的测定与ASTMD1002—05拉伸法测定胶黏剂单搭接试件剪切强度，从几个方面分析了两种试验方法的差别以及对试验结果的影响，并由此得出同种胶黏剂分别采用以上方法试验得出的数据会有一定差异的结论，在对胶黏剂进行拉伸剪切强度复验时应当采用该胶黏剂出厂检验所采用的检测方法。Two methods were compared which were used for testing tension shear strength, one was GB/T 7124-2008 test method for tension shear strength for adhesives and the other one was ASTM D 1002-05 apparent shear strength of single-lap-joint adhesively bonded metal specimens by tension loading. The differences between the two methods and effects on test results were analyzed from several aspects, h is concluded that there should be some differences between the determination data of tension shear strength of adhesives tested by these two methods respectively. Therefore when retest the tension shear strength of adhesives, the method which the manufactures apply for factory insoection should be emnloyed.
