摘　　要：本文在低碳经济的背景下，对智能用电的概念和智能用电系统的功能进行了简要的介绍，着重分析了智能用电的低碳效益形成机理，肯定和明确了智能用电对于低碳化进程的重要作用。With the background of low carbon economy, this paper briefly reviews the smart power utilization concept and the functions of the smart power utilization system. The author focuses on the low carbon benefits mechanism of smart power utilization, and affirms the importance of smart power utilization to the low carbonization processs.
