摘　　要：农民工是一个特殊群体,基本身所具有的弱势性特征及该群体正规就业渠道使得社会资本在其获得工作机会方面起着不惑缺的作用。结合北京市建筑业农民工调研数据,利用改进的Mincer工资决定方程进行运量分析,可以探索社会资本在农民工工资决定中的作用。Migrant workers form a characteristic group. The vulnerability of this group and the absence of formal employment channels make social capital become the essential way to obtain job opportunities. Based on data collected from migrant workers in Beijing construction industry, this paper uses the improved Miner wage equation to explore effects of social capital in wage determination of migrant workers.
