螺旋藻多糖对小鼠角膜血管新生的治疗作用及炎症因子的表达情况

摘  要:目的观察螺旋藻多糖对小鼠角膜碱烧伤后血管新生的抑制作用并探讨其机制。方法将不同浓度的螺旋藻多糖滴眼液用于小鼠角膜碱烧伤模型,观察角膜浑浊度,ELISA法和免疫组织化学法分别检测MCP-1和IL-8及其受体CXCR1和CCR2B在角膜组织中的表达水平。实验数据用SPSS13.0统计软件分析。结果0.5%螺旋藻多糖组角膜浑浊度、MCP-1和IL-8及其受体CXCR1和CCR2B表达水平明显比生理盐水对照组低(P〈0.05)。结论螺旋藻多糖通过减轻炎症,起抑制角膜血管新生的作用。Objective To observe the effects of polysaccharides spirulina platensis(PSP) on corne- al angiogenesis after alkali burns in mice and investigate the mechanism. Methods With different concentration eyedrops of PSP to mouse with alkali burns on cornea, to observe turbidity of cornea, to detect IL-8 and MCP-1 with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA), CXCR 1 and CCR 2 B were detected by im- munohistochemical method. The experimental data was analyzed by SPSS 13.0 statistical software. Results In group 0.5% PSP, turbidity of cornea, the expression of IL-8 and MCP-1 and their receptor (CXCR 1 and CCR 2 B) were obviously less than group saline (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion PSP can effectively inhibit the corneal angiogensis by decreasing inflammatory reaction.
