摘　　要：顶梁是液压支架支护顶板的重要部件,通过对ZY8400/11/22型掩护式液压支架顶梁前端结构进行分析,提出了改进结构,改进后的顶梁简化了加工工艺,降低了制造成本,提高了支架的适用性,较改进前的结构优势显著。Top beams were important components for supporting roof in hydraulic support, by means of structure analysis of front of top beams in ZY8400/11/22 shielding hydraulic support, we improved structure. The results showed that improved top beams simplified processing, reduced manufacturing costs, and improved applicability of support, which had significant advantage compared with previous structure.
