摘  要:针对煤矿压风机房管网(井上往井下输送压缩空气的管路)压力波动大并且调节方式落后的问题,设计了一套压风机恒压自动控制系统。以PLC为控制核心,设计并给出了系统的硬件结构。详细介绍了恒压调度模型的建立和求解,并给出了恒压决策的程序流程。目前该系统运行良好,实现了管网气体的持续恒压输送。In view of problem of large pressure fluctuations and backward adjustment method of pipeline network (The pipeline used to transport compressed air from ground to underground) in mine air compressor room, design a constant pressure automatic control system using in mine air compressor room. Using PLC for control of the core, the paper gives and designs hardware structure of system. It introduces the setting up and solving of constant pressure scheduling model very well,and gives program flow of constant decision-making. At present,the system is running well, achieves gas transmission of pipeline network constant.
