摘 要:为探讨套袋和NaHSO3溶液处理对红富士苹果果实产量和品质的影响,以8年生盛果红富士苹果树为试材,进行了套袋和叶面果面喷施5 mmol/L NaHSO3溶液的试验。结果表明,与对照(Ⅰ)相比,套袋(Ⅱ)、喷施NaHSO3溶液(Ⅲ)和套袋+喷施NaHSO3溶液(Ⅳ)处理的果型指数、果实产量和着色面积均有所增加;与非套袋处理(Ⅰ、Ⅲ)相比,套袋处理(Ⅱ、Ⅳ)的硬度、光合色素含量、可溶性固形物、总糖和Vc含量均下降,而可滴定酸含量则升高。从综合表现看,喷施NaHSO3溶液(Ⅲ)不但可以改善红富士苹果的品相,提高产量,而且也提升了果品的质量。Bagging and 5 mmol/L sodium bisulfite solution foliar spray were applied to 8-year-old Red Fuji apple trees.The results showed that the treatment of bagging(Ⅱ),foliar spray of sodium bisulfite solution(Ⅲ) and bagging plus foliar spray(Ⅳ) had somewhat effect on improving the shapes,yield and red area percentage of fruits,compared with the control(Ⅰ).The treatment of bagged(Ⅱ,Ⅳ) had decreased the hardness,photosynthetic pigment,soluble solids,total sugar and Vc contents of fruits,and increased acid content,compared with the fruits without bagging(Ⅰ,Ⅲ).The best treatment was 5 mmol/L sodium bisulfite solution foliar spray,it could not only improve the product phase and yield,but also promote the quality of fruits.
