毛白杨4CL基因家族的克隆与进化分析

摘　　要：为研究毛白杨4CL基因家族及其进化关系,采用TRIZOL法单独提取毛白杨各组织的总RNA,以反转录得到各个组织的总cDNA为模板,通过PCR技术克隆18个毛白杨4CL基因。利用MEGA软件对这18个基因以及其他25个来自不同物种的4CL基因进行了进化树分析,结果显示,毛白杨4CL基因分为两个聚类：ClassI和ClassII,4CL1～4CL5属于ClassI,而4CL6~4CL18属于ClassII。To Cloning and phylogenetic analysis of 4CL gene family from Populus tomentosa Carr.,samples from Populus tomentosa Carr.were harvested,total RNA were isolated by the method of TRIZOL,18 clones were got by using the method of PCR.Phylogenetic analysis of this 18 4CL genes with other 25 4CL genes form different species,we found that all 4CL genes divided into two classes,ClassI and ClassII,the phylogenetic tree show that 4CL1~4CL5 were belong to ClassI,and 4CL6~4CL18 were belong to ClassII.
