摘 要:对丹江口水库的典型支流汉江库神定河和丹江库淇河进行了浮游藻和着生藻研究,探索河流生境差异对微型藻类生物多样性的影响,揭示指示藻类在河流生态系统健康评价中的地位。结果显示,神定河鉴定到浮游藻类7门98属193种(含变种)和着生藻类3个门36属61种(含变种);淇河浮游藻类7门82属165种和着生藻类为4门10属48种(含变种)。采集的样品共鉴定出污染指示种15属21种(含变种),其中淇河贫营养型指示种多于神定河,而其富营养指示种均低于神定河。The subject of the paper was to study the effect of the different river habitat on biological diversity of micro algae,in order and reveal the status of algae indicators in the evaluation of river ecosystem health.The study was conducted to compare planktonic algae and epilithic algae in Shendinghe branch rive and Qihe branch rive of Danjiangkou reservoir.The trophic status was evaluated by saprobic system.There were 193 species(varieties) belonging to 98 genera and 7 phylums of planktonic algae and 61 species(varieties) belonging to 36 genera and 3 phylums of epilithic algae in the samples of Shendinghe branch river.There were 165 species(varieties) belonging to 82 genera and 7 phylums of planktonic algae and 48 species(varieties) belonging to 10 genera and 4 phylums of epilithic algae in the samples of Qihe branch river.15 genera instructions 21 species(varieties) of saprobic indicators were identified in the samples of the two rivers.The number of oligonucleotide indicators in Qihe river was higher than that in Shendinghe river,and the number of eutrophication indicators in Qihe river was lower than that in Shendinghe river.
