近年河北省蔬菜生产及其对京津的供给分析

摘　　要：蔬菜是人们日常生活中最重要的食品之一,河北省由于其极好的距离优势,对京津的蔬菜供给起着巨大的作用。分析了2002—2010年河北省及各市的蔬菜播种面积、单产和总产的变化,以及对京津蔬菜的供给,认为河北蔬菜对京津的供给具有众多优势和巨大潜力,并提出了河北蔬菜对接京津市场的发展对策:抓质量,树品牌,建市场;加强政府推动对接京津市场;加强生产与流通基础条件建设;做好技术监管与智力服务。Vegetable are one kind of the most important food in daily lives.Because of its excellent distance advantage,Hebei vegetables play a tremendous role to the supply of Beijng-Tianjin.Through analysis on the changes of vegetable planting area,yield and total production of Hebei from 2002 to 2010,and the supply to Beijing-Tianjin,the paper draw the following conclusions,Hebei vegetable production has many advantages and tremendous potential in supply to Beijing-Tianjin.Hebei vegetable development countermeasures include improving quality,building brands and establishing Beijing-Tianjin market,strengthening the function of government,strengthening the basic construction for production and circulation,doing technical supervision and intelligence services.
