摘　　要：国际上农业研究和推广机构多年来面临这样一个棘手的问题:农业研究、推广和农民之间严重脱节。农业研究偏离农民的实际需要,农民对技术的应用能力差,科技转化效率低下。农业知识与信息系统(AKIS)是国际上流行的一种参与式农业推广理论,其研究集中回答了如何加强研究、推广和农民三者之间的联系,从而打破农业研究和技术转移之间的瓶颈。对国际上30多年来关于AKIS的研究择其精要进行了梳理,介绍了AKIS的起源、概念界定和演变、以及AKIS的管理,为我国的农业研究者了解AKIS提供参考,也为农业政策制定者提供一种理论借鉴。The agricultural research and extension system faces a thorny problem for long-the linkage between research institutes,extension agencies and farmers is weak.Agricultural research deviates from farmers＇ need,and farmers are not capable of utilizing the latest agricultural technologies.Agricultural Knowledge and Information System（AKIS） is a popular participatory agricultural extension theory focusing on understanding how to strengthen the linkage.This paper picked up and reviewed internationally high representative literatures discussing about AKIS during the last 30 years,introduced the origin of AKIS concept,evolution of AKIS models,and methods of managing and strengthening the system.This paper aimed to help the Chinese scholars know the AKIS and provide a theoretical alternative for the Chinese agricultural policy makers.
